Our Classes

At CrossFit Boom, we understand that everyone is different. That’s why each of our classes can accommodate athletes at every fitness level. No matter your goal, we can help you achieve it with diverse programming that will challenge your body in a whole new way. From CrossFit to Power Yoga, group or private training, we’ve got you covered!

  • CrossFit

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees, and much more. Our CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of your experience, age, or fitness level.

  • CrossFit 101

    Our CrossFit 101 program is an informational and instructional course designed for anyone new to CrossFit. In these sessions, we slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basic movements, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique and get your body primed to join our group classes. Foundations is designed to ensure your success and to give the coaches an opportunity to really assess the beginning of your journey.

  • LIFT

    Our LIFT classes follow set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping athletes for WODs or competition. Whether you’re looking to improve your technique and strength or want to pursue lifting as a sport, this is the class for you.

  • MetKAMP

    MetKAMP is a bootcamp-style course that incorporates the fundamental principles of CrossFit. What is MetCon? It’s short for metabolic conditioning, which is one of the most popular and intense training methods used in the fitness industry. This course will utilize strength training and anaerobic conditioning drills to provide a unique total body workout.

  • Private Training

    In need of some 1-on-1 attention? CrossFit Boom offers private training sessions that will help you achieve your ideal body. Get individual instruction that’s suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.

  • Open Gym

    Open Gym hours are available for members looking to work on elusive skills (i.e. muscle-ups, double-unders, pistols, etc.), practice and refine Olympic Lifts (Cleans, Snatches, Jerks), and perform basic lifts (Squats, Presses, Deadlifts, etc.) to improve strength. Open Gym hours are NOT for making-up WODs, maxing out on lifts or completing your own custom-made workouts.

  • Mobility

    Our Mobility class is designed to help you improve mechanics and perform basic maintenance on yourself, including recovering from high-intensity workouts, managing soreness and achieving better positioning. This 60-minute course focuses on common movement errors that can cause injury and reduce an athlete’s speed, power, endurance and strength. Our highly-qualified coaches teach athletes how to best maintain natural function.
